I don’t recall ordering this, and I have no need for it. I put the product in a cup of lukewarm water to drink it and mix it up in the cup.
Actually, I did not mean to order this, but I’ve been using it along with the pills. I’m taking as well. I have to say it’s a mild flavor and not hard to take at all. I’m not sure what it’s supposed to do for me however so I guess it’s one of those things that you take and have faith that’s going to help some way.
Thick has helped with my digestive issues. Only took a few days to stop heartburn no more stopped up
