The only thing i dont care about is it doesn't dissolve very well in cold water, it sticks to the side of the glass even after stirring, i was wondering if it lessens that quality if you put it in a warm or hot drink

I have only been on the colostrum supplement for a few months. I feel good. I seem to be experiencing greater recovery with physical workouts. The skin on my body looks quite a bit better. I'm hoping for better hair.
