I am enjoying the complex itself very much. I have always used a multivitamin, so it was not a complete shock to the system when I started Folqs, but it was a positive noticeable difference. My only complaint would be that last month, I received my subscription 5 days after running out. This is the first time in 3 months it has happened, but by day 3 my body knew it was missing something.
I have been using it for almost a year. Lately, it seems to be less solvable. I find grains on the walls of the shaker bottle that had not been there before. I have begun to soak it in the water before shaking, which seems to help.
The bag came deflated with a very small hole along the side at the bottom corner. I have no idea how long these were exposed to air before receiving them.
