Cancellation Policy

At Folqs, we want you to feel confident subscribing. This page explains exactly how to cancel your subscription, when cancellation takes effect, and what happens to any pending orders or charges.

 Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all Folqs subscription orders — including any product purchased through the "Subscribe & Save" program on folqs.co, which ships on a recurring monthly basis. Folqs subscriptions are managed through the ReCharge platform.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Folqs subscription at any time using any of the two methods below. No cancellation fees apply.

Method 1 — Online Account Portal (Fastest) 

Your Folqs subscription portal gives you instant self-service access to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription without contacting support.

Steps:

1.  Go to Account  (or click "Manage Subscription" in any order confirmation or shipping email you received from Folqs).

2.  Log in with the email address you used to place your order.

3.  Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

4.  Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

5.  You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed. Save this email for your records.

If you do not see your subscription after logging in or cannot access the portal, contact us using Method 1 or Method 2 below, and we will assist you immediately.

Method 2 — Email

Send a cancellation request to help@folqs.co with the subject line: "Cancel My Subscription."

Include in your email:

  Your full name

  The email address on your Folqs account

  Your order number (found in any order confirmation email from Folqs)

We will process your cancellation and send you written confirmation within 1 business day. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please follow up or use Method 1 or Method 2.

When to Cancel — Deadline

 To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

  Your next billing date is visible by logging into your account portal at Account .

  We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next billing date to allow sufficient processing time.

  If your card is charged before your cancellation is confirmed, see the refund section below.

 What Happens After You Cancel

 Once your cancellation is confirmed:

1.  Orders already shipped: If an order was shipped before your cancellation request was received, it will be delivered as normal. You are not required to return it (though you may contact us to initiate a return under our refund policy if applicable).

2.  Orders already billed but not yet shipped: If you were charged on your billing date and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at help@folqs.co and we will attempt to stop the shipment and issue a refund.

3.  All future orders: All future subscription orders and charges are permanently stopped. You will not be billed again after your cancellation is confirmed.

4.  Confirmation email: You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. This email is your record that no future charges will occur. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, contact us.

You are welcome to place a one-time purchase at any time after canceling — cancellation only stops your subscription, not your ability to shop at folqs.co.

Refund Rules for Cancelled Subscriptions

  If you cancel before your billing date: No charge occurs. No refund needed.

  If your card was charged on your billing date before you cancelled: Contact us at  within 48 hours of the charge. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  If your order has already shipped: We are unable to cancel shipments in transit. Once you receive the package, contact us. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

  First-order introductory pricing: The discounted first-order price ($51.99 for Bovine Colostrum) is non-refundable once the order has shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or error on our part.
