Once upon a time, in the magical land of my mailbox, I decided to embark on a journey of taking these mysterious supplements as instructed. Lo and behold, after a while of not encountering any sickly souls around me, I realized that the only change in my routine was the addition of these magical pills. Alas, it seems that the potency of these supplements was a bit too much for my delicate constitution, causing me to halt their consumption for a brief period. After resuming, I have now limited myself to just one pill a day, ensuring to consume it after my grandest feast. So far, no calamities have befallen me. Nevertheless, I shall refrain from increasing the dosage to two capsules daily until I have completed a full month without any mishaps.

It got mis shipped in our heatwave of 109 heat index so was in transit for an extra week. Not sure if that effects potency. Been taking 4 a day for about a month. Haven't noticed much yet but am assuming it's cumulative. Will see after another month or so. I switched from Paleovalley to get a better variety of organs with less pills.
