The only thing i dont care about is it doesn't dissolve very well in cold water, it sticks to the side of the glass even after stirring, i was wondering if it lessens that quality if you put it in a warm or hot drink

I'm really enjoying the Folqs colostrum. I honestly feel that my joints, especially my hips, are benefitting from drinking this every morning. Another benefit that I notice is that my hair is looking pretty darn good for a soon-to-be 69 year old.
