Session cookies last until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted, typically between 30 minutes and two years.
7.3. Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through settings, typically found in "Tools" or "Preferences." You can block or delete cookies, but this may impact Site functionality. For more information, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. Blocking cookies may not completely prevent information sharing with third parties such as advertising partners.

Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals, the Site does not currently alter its data collection and usage practices in response to such signals.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you place an order, we retain your personal information for our records unless and until you request erasure. For retention period inquiries or erasure requests, contact us at help@folqs.co.
10. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, including:
Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (persists for a small number of hours).
Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses (persists for a small number of days).
