Tastes great alone in water , added to my coffee, or in my smoothies. Great to know I'm getting good nutrients.
The taste is mild, and kind of gently sweet. The canister is perfect to make scooping and dispensing it super easy. I feel like my digestion is better and it might even be contributing to my glowing skin. I’m one month in and feeling a difference well enough to continue and plan to for long term. I put it in my Folqs shaker bottle and it mixes wonderfully.
Wish the bag was bigger!! It’s great and I would use it more often than once per day if the container was bigger.
