Don’t feel any different taking it so I don’t know what to tell you about this product It’s kind of like eating a steak. It’s just a steak. You don’t feel any different after eating it other than full. This is one of them products it’s just up to the Consumer, whether they wanna take it or not. But don’t expect to feel different when you’re taking stuff like this.
