For this part of your life

The spark. The closeness.
The feeling of wanting to.
Wanting intimacy. Responding to it.

Intimacy can mean a lingering kiss. Feeling present. Looking forward to time together. What matters is how it feels to you.

There’s room to care about this part of your wellbeing. To explore support. To make a choice at your own pace.

Your desire. Your pace. Your choice.

Two parts of sexual wellbeing

Wanting intimacy. Responding to it.

Desire is the interest in intimacy. Arousal includes the physical and emotional response. They can overlap, but they aren’t the same thing.

  • Desire

    Desire

    Support for the wanting.

Saffron has been studied in women for sexual function, including desire. That research informed its place in this formula.

  • Arousal

    Arousal

The body’s part in the moment.

Women’s studies have tested Pycnogenol® with arginine, citrulline and rosehip. Those combination studies informed the circulation side of our formula.

How outcomes were measured + full results

The Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) is a questionnaire about sexual experiences. Desire measures interest; lubrication measures becoming and staying lubricated; satisfaction measures reported sexual satisfaction. Each domain is scored up to 6 points. The chart shows average change from the starting score.

Six-week mean improvement in FSFI points (95% confidence interval)

How outcomes were measured + full results

Source: Tables 2–3, 2022 trial. Between-group changes over time were significant for desire (p = .007), lubrication (p = .018) and satisfaction (p = .007). Arousal, orgasm and pain did not show significant between-group differences over time. The total-score finding was borderline (p = .050). These small-study results apply to the saffron preparation tested; the FOLQS extract specifications are still being finalized.

Charts show published results for the studied saffron preparations or Lady Prelox® combination, not the finished FOLQS formula. The complete FOLQS formula has not been clinically tested. Study details and source links are provided above.

What to expect from the research

Daily use.
Time to observe.

The studies above followed daily use over four to eight weeks. They did not test a same-day, on-demand effect.

That is the research timeline, not a deadline for your body. FOLQS has no established time to benefit.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A clearer picture. An easier decision.

Is 80 mg the amount Pycnogenol® needs to work?

It is an amount used in a documented women’s combination regimen. That study tested several ingredients together. It did not establish 80 mg as a minimum, isolate Pycnogenol’s effect, or prove this FOLQS formula works.

Why 1,500 mg of citrulline?

A small study in men tested 1,500 mg daily for erection hardness. That informed the amount chosen here. It does not establish a benefit for women’s desire, or show that 1,500 mg is better than the women’s combination’s 800 mg. Read the citrulline study→

Has this exact formula been clinically tested?

No. The cited studies tested saffron preparations or other combinations. FOLQS adds saffron to a modified combination and omits rosehip. Whether these changes preserve, improve or reduce the benefits is unknown.

What does “no added hormones” mean?

The proposed ingredient list contains no added hormones. It does not mean the ingredients have no biological effects, or that the formula replaces hormone therapy.

Can I use it with medication or hormone therapy?

Ask your clinician or pharmacist to review the complete ingredient list. Supplements can interact with medication. Compatibility with hormone therapy or other treatment has not been established for this formula. Do not change prescribed medication based on these studies.

Who is this intended for?

This concept is intended for adult women exploring sexual-wellbeing support. It is not intended for anyone under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. If you have a medical condition or planned surgery, review any supplement with your clinician.

What if pain or vaginal dryness is the main concern?

Persistent dryness, pain or a sudden change in sexual function deserves a healthcare conversation. This formula has not been tested to treat those symptoms. Explore ACOG’s sexual-health guidance →

Why four capsules a day?

The proposed serving contains 2,410 mg of active ingredients. Most of that amount is the two amino acids. The planned format is four capsules daily, with 120 per bottle. Capsule size and final directions still need manufacturing confirmation.
