Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same business day they are received. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow its journey. Although most shipments leave our facility quickly, delivery times can be affected by severe weather or other carrier disruptions; if an unexpected delay arises, we will keep you informed.

For products listed as back-ordered or available for pre-sale, shipping timelines differ. As soon as the item is replenished in our warehouse, we prepare it for shipment within 48 hours and email you a fresh tracking link the moment it departs.

At this time Folqs ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC). We do not yet offer international shipping or delivery to freight-forwarding addresses.
